Yes, in most cases. For tools such as Stripe, HubSpot, Mailchimp or Calendly you need your own account with the provider, which you then connect to Armiflow. Free sources such as OpenStreetMap are used by Armiflow directly. Your credentials are stored encrypted.

CRM integrations include HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, monday.com, Close, Freshsales and ActiveCampaign, plus ERP and accounting systems such as Odoo, SAP Business One, QuickBooks, Xero, lexoffice and sevDesk. CRM connections are included in every plan; the app shows which providers are available.

Yes. With the Zapier Make n8n integration and webhooks, you link Armiflow to many other apps, for example to write new companies to a spreadsheet or trigger a message in your team chat. n8n can also be self-hosted, and the REST API is available from Basic.

For agencies, these sales software integrations are especially useful: SEO data from Ahrefs, Semrush or SE Ranking for website analysis, Plesk and WHMCS with a complete import for hosting customers, and social media and ad accounts for marketing services. That way an analysis turns directly into an ongoing service with recurring invoices.

WhatsApp is: it is available as a channel in ArmiChat, with several numbers and templates, in Basic and Pro. AI phone calls via Vapi, on the other hand, are still in the test phase. The integration pages are labelled accordingly. ChatGPT Ads is in preparation and will only be promoted once it is ready.

With all Armiflow integrations, credentials are stored encrypted. Every customer has a separate database schema, and there is two-factor sign-in, roles and daily backups. Actions that spend money in ad accounts also require your password, and you restrict the rights for the MCP server per access.

Yes, that is the standard: Armiflow works with your own AI and API accounts, and you pay for tokens directly to the provider. You add a key from OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini and choose the model per task; one AI provider in Basic, as many as you like in Pro. An adjustable monthly cost limit for AI and Google Places shows usage as a bar.

Armiflow exports for BMD NTCS and BMD Online, RZL, DATEV and as CSV based on the Austrian standard chart of accounts. Bank, card, PayPal and Stripe statements are matched to incoming invoices, and an AI helper files the invoices it finds in Google Drive.
