Your own Claude keyMCP serverOAuth 2.1Permissions per access
Claude is the AI assistant from the company Anthropic. The Anthropic Claude integration connects Claude to Armiflow in two ways: you can add your own Anthropic key for Armiflow AI and choose the model per task. In addition, Armiflow can be connected directly to Claude via the MCP server, secured with OAuth 2.1, so you can search for companies, start agents or view appointments via chat.
Benefits
If you work with Claude from Anthropic, you can bring Armiflow in directly. The connection uses the open Model Context Protocol standard, and you set the permissions per access. Armiflow AI can also work with your own key.
Many people work with Claude conversationally, step by step. Via the MCP server, this turns into real work in Armiflow: Claude searches for companies, starts agents or retrieves reports while you stay in the chat. You decide per access what Claude may do, and approving customer emails always stays with you. Optionally, Armiflow AI works with your Anthropic key.

The Anthropic Claude integration connects Armiflow to Claude in two ways. Via the MCP server, you work with Armiflow from within Claude: search for companies, start agents, reports, Drive, social posts and appointments. You can also add your own Anthropic key, which Armiflow AI then works with.
People who connect Claude often already work with it every day and do not want to keep switching between programs. With the MCP connection, you ask in the chat for new companies in a region, for example, or start an agent. And if you have an Anthropic account, the Anthropic Claude integration lets you use it in Armiflow with your own key.
To connect Claude with Armiflow, you set up the MCP connection: you sign in and allow access, secured with OAuth 2.1. You set the permissions per access. Optionally, you can also add your own Anthropic key, which is stored encrypted. The app shows the steps.
Via the MCP server, Claude can search for companies in Armiflow, start agents, retrieve reports, use Drive, prepare social posts and view appointments. You describe what you need in the chat, and Claude uses Armiflow’s features to do it. Which areas are reachable depends on the permissions you give the access.
Yes. Permissions can be restricted per access. For example, you give Claude access only to the company search and reports, but not to invoices. Regardless of this, actions involving customers, money, deletion, settings or approvals wait for your confirmation. That keeps the Anthropic Claude integration under your control.
OAuth 2.1 is a widely used method for secure sign-in between services. Instead of passing on a password, you sign in and explicitly allow Claude to access Armiflow. This permission applies to the access in question and its rights. That way Armiflow knows who is making the request and what is allowed.
With your own Anthropic key, Armiflow AI works with your Anthropic account. This makes sense if you manage your AI usage centrally there. Armiflow works with your own AI accounts, and you pay for tokens directly to the provider. Basic includes 1 AI provider, Pro has no limit, plus an adjustable monthly cost limit for AI.
Not without you. In Armiflow, nothing goes to customers without your approval; the AI writes drafts and a person decides. If Claude triggers a draft via the MCP server, it lands in Armiflow for approval. Automatic sending is off by default and needs its own password-confirmed approval.
Yes. Armiflow’s MCP server is designed for AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and others that support the Model Context Protocol. The Anthropic Claude integration is therefore one use case among several. You set separate permissions for each access, so different tools can be allowed to do different amounts.
Yes, starting agents is one of the tasks possible via chat through the MCP server. An agent then runs the search, analysis, report and draft, for example. You review the results in Armiflow, and emails only go out after your approval. That way the Anthropic Claude integration becomes the starting point for your prospecting.
In the morning, you ask Claude for your agents’ results and the day’s appointments. Later you run a company search for a region or retrieve a report. You approve drafts for customers in Armiflow. The Anthropic Claude integration bundles many small tasks into one conversation.
People who work with Armiflow regularly and already use Claude, for example in sales. Give each access only the permissions needed for the task. That keeps the group small, and you always know who can access which areas from within Claude.
Decide whether you want to use the MCP connection, your own key or both. Use company accounts rather than private ones, check your internal rules for AI and set the permissions per access. Then you start the Anthropic Claude integration on a clear footing.
Often an access gets more permissions than necessary, or several people share one access. Forgotten accesses of former employees are also a risk. Review the accesses regularly and remove permissions that are no longer needed, so that only current team members can reach Armiflow from Claude.
Claude receives the data it retrieves from Armiflow for your request, within the permissions of the access. This data is transmitted to Anthropic in the process. Check Anthropic’s terms and your obligations under the GDPR before you use the Anthropic Claude integration with customer data.
Yes, permissions can be restricted per access, and the app shows how to remove an access completely. Do this at the latest when an employee leaves the company or an access is no longer needed. That keeps the list of connected AI tools up to date.
The more specific, the better: name the industry, location or radius and goal, for example “Find joiners within 30 km of Graz and start the analysis”. Ask follow-up questions if a result is unclear. Claude then uses the right Armiflow features and reports back on what it did.
Armiflow AI is the assistant directly in the app, while Claude reaches Armiflow from outside via the MCP server. Both work with the same data, and for both, actions involving customers, money or deletion wait for your confirmation. With your own Anthropic key, Armiflow AI can also use a Claude model.
