Lead sources
With the Azure Maps integration, Armiflow uses Microsoft’s map data for the company search. You find businesses by industry and location, and Armiflow matches the results with your other sources and creates them neatly in the CRM.

Azure Maps is Microsoft’s map service in the Azure cloud and includes place and business listings, among other things. With the Azure Maps integration, Armiflow uses it as an additional source in the Find companies feature: you search by industry and location or radius, the results land in the CRM, and duplicate entries from other sources are merged automatically.
Benefits
No map source knows every business. Azure Maps adds listings to your search that other sources may be missing, and Armiflow processes them like any other source.
You later store consent and the legal basis under the GDPR (EUR-Lex) per channel in the company profile.
A typical use is as a third map source: you search a region first with Google Places or OpenStreetMap and then add Azure Maps. Armiflow matches the new results with existing companies, so only genuinely new businesses are added. You have these leads analysed, enrich them with contacts and prepare the first outreach.

The Azure Maps integration is worthwhile for anyone who wants to find as many suitable businesses as possible in a region. As an additional map source alongside Google Places and OpenStreetMap, it increases coverage. Regional service providers, agencies and trades businesses benefit in particular when a single source returns too few results.
Whether you need your own Microsoft credentials for Azure Maps is shown in the app under data sources. If you connect Azure Maps and add a key, Armiflow stores it encrypted. You do not need to use any other Azure services for this; it is only about the map data for the company search.
Both services supply place and business data, but they come from different providers and therefore partly know different businesses. In Armiflow you use both in parallel. Duplicate companies are merged automatically, so you get wider coverage without duplicate leads in the CRM.
The number of search runs does not depend on the source: search runs are unlimited in Basic and Pro, and you can try both plans free for 14 days. Before every search with the Azure Maps integration, Armiflow shows a cost estimate. Limits may change; current figures are on the pricing page.
If Armiflow cannot reliably tell whether a result belongs to a company already saved, it goes to a review list. There you decide whether to merge. Clear duplicates are linked automatically so that the same company is not contacted twice.
Yes. If you connect Azure Maps with Armiflow, scheduled AI agents use the source too. They search daily, weekly or monthly in several locations and prepare the analysis, report and email draft. Automatic sending is off by default and needs its own password-confirmed approval.
No. Public authority protection applies to all sources, including the Azure Maps integration. Government offices, courts and police are neither stored nor contacted. You can extend the ready-made lists for Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Turkey and the EU with your own entries.
The company search in Armiflow is designed for Austria and the whole DACH region; you simply enter an industry and location. How many businesses Azure Maps knows in a region depends on the service’s data. The AI later writes email drafts in the language of each company.
Armiflow takes over the company details that Azure Maps supplies for a result into the company profile in the CRM. Which fields these are in detail is shown in the app for each result. Later changes are recorded in the field history, and enrichments such as social profiles or contacts come from other sources.
Open Find companies, choose an industry, from the industry suggestions if you like, and enter a location or radius. After a look at the cost estimate, you start the search. If it is interrupted, it continues, and companies already found are kept.
Add the Azure Maps integration to a search when other sources return too few results in a region or you want to cover an area as completely as possible. Armiflow matches the new results with your existing companies, so only businesses you do not yet know are added.
Sales staff work with their own leads, because with roles they only see the companies assigned to them. Management keeps an overview via the dashboard with its 12-week trend. That way it stays clear who looks after which company from the Azure Maps integration and how prospecting is developing.
Before connecting, check whether the app asks for your own Azure Maps credentials and who in the company manages the Microsoft account. Also clarify for which regions you want to use the source. The provider’s costs depend on your contract with Microsoft, not on your Armiflow plan.
A common mistake is running the Azure Maps integration several times for the same search instead of changing the area or industry. You should not ignore the review list either, as unclear duplicates are waiting there for your decision. And check the cost estimate before every search.
The field history shows when a value in the company profile changed, for example an address from a newer search. That way you see which detail is current and where it comes from. Especially when the same company has been merged from several sources, this avoids questions within the team.
You can describe to Armiflow AI in the chat which companies you are looking for, and the assistant starts the search on behalf of the signed-in user. Actions involving customers, money or approvals wait for your confirmation. Which sources the assistant uses is shown in the app for the search.
Armiflow makes industry suggestions to help you find suitable terms. Choose industries for which your offer has a clear benefit, and preferably start with a narrowly defined industry. When you get started, the set-up assistant also suggests suitable industries and first steps for your business.
Armiflow stores the results of the Azure Maps integration in your account’s CRM, in a separate database schema kept apart from other customers. There are daily backups, and credentials are stored encrypted. You protect team access with two-factor sign-in and roles.
