Microsoft Dynamics 365CRM & ERP+Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a family of Microsoft business applications that includes CRM features for sales and customer service. With the Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration, Armiflow hands companies and contacts from the company search over to Dynamics 365 and syncs data. The connection is part of the “CRM connections” module in the CRM & leads feature, which is included in every plan. The app shows the exact scope.
Benefits
If you work with Outlook, Teams and Dynamics, you do not want yet another silo. Armiflow fits in: finding and approaching new clients in Armiflow, customer care in Dynamics 365. Armiflow processes contact data in line with the rules of the GDPR (EUR-Lex).
In Microsoft environments, the calendar is often the centrepiece. Armiflow adds appointments directly to Microsoft 365 calendars and creates Teams links. When a company books via a booking link, follow-ups stop automatically. Your sales team goes into the Teams call well prepared, and the company can then be handed over to Dynamics 365.

For businesses that use Dynamics 365 as their CRM and otherwise work with Microsoft too. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration adds active prospecting to this: Armiflow finds companies, scores their websites and prepares emails. You then hand companies and contacts over to Dynamics 365.
To connect Microsoft Dynamics 365, you need access to your Dynamics environment with suitable permissions and, in Armiflow, the “CRM connections” module, which is included in every plan. You add the credentials in Armiflow, where they are stored encrypted. You then hand over companies and contacts and check the result.
Yes. Armiflow adds appointments to Microsoft 365 calendars and creates Teams links for meetings, as well as Zoom and Meet links. This can be used independently of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration. Together, they create a workflow in which prospecting happens in Armiflow and customer care in your Microsoft environment.
In most businesses, yes, because Dynamics 365 is managed centrally. Your IT team decides which access is used and which permissions it has. We recommend access with exactly the permissions needed to hand over companies and contacts. Armiflow stores the credentials you add in encrypted form.
What is documented is that Armiflow hands companies and contacts over to Dynamics 365 and syncs data. The app shows exactly which details are transferred when you set up the Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration. For your own workflows, there are webhooks, Zapier, Make and n8n, and in Basic and Pro also the REST API.
When you connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Armiflow, you get tools for the step before first contact: company search from several data sources, website analysis with a score per area and AI drafts for personal emails. Armiflow does this work, and Dynamics 365 then takes over customer care.
Yes. With roles and custom roles, you determine who sees what. Sales staff only see their own leads, while management keeps the overview. On top of that come 2FA and a separate database schema for each customer. These permissions apply in Armiflow; in Dynamics 365 you manage permissions yourself as usual.
Yes. Armiflow’s interface is available in German, English, Turkish and French, and every user chooses their own language. The AI writes email drafts in the language of the respective company. This suits businesses that use their Dynamics environment across several countries.
No. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration is a feature of Armiflow, a product of Kodlogy Technologies GmbH in Vienna. Microsoft and Dynamics 365 are trademarks of their respective owners. Armiflow connects to your existing Dynamics environment, and your Microsoft licences continue independently of it.
Start with a few companies. Hand a small selection over from Armiflow and check with your IT team how the records arrive in Dynamics 365. Only then pass on larger volumes. You can try Basic and Pro free for 14 days, and the “CRM connections” module is included in both plans.
Armiflow finds companies and analyses their websites, and you approve a personal email. If the company books an appointment, it lands in the Microsoft 365 calendar with a Teams link, and the follow-ups stop. You then hand the company and contact over to your CRM via the Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration.
Avoid access with more permissions than necessary and a setup without your IT team. Do not hand over large volumes straight away; test a small selection first. And clarify who takes on handed-over companies in Dynamics 365, so that they do not sit there unattended.
IT provides the access and checks the first records. Sales searches for companies in Armiflow, checks analyses and approves emails. Sales management decides when a company is handed over to Dynamics 365. Roles in Armiflow make sure that everyone only sees what they need.
Check which data is handed over, which the app shows during setup, and add both systems to your record of processing activities. Armiflow stores consent per channel, excludes public authorities and enables access and erasure requests under GDPR Art. 15 and 17. In Dynamics 365, your own rules there apply.
Yes. Armiflow adds appointments to Google and Microsoft 365 calendars and creates Zoom, Teams and Meet links. Mixed teams can therefore use their own calendar. Independently of this, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration concerns the handover of companies and contacts to your CRM.
The website analysis scores the company’s website from 0 to 10 per area, such as technology, GDPR, mobile, SEO, GEO and performance. The PDF report serves as the basis for the conversation in the Teams meeting. This way you talk about specific points instead of giving a general presentation of what your business offers.
Yes. In Armiflow, you create contracts from templates, and the client signs directly on screen – drawn by hand with a finger, mouse or stylus, via an online link or on site, with several contracts in one link. In addition, Armiflow stores name, time, IP address, browser, consents and a SHA-256 checksum as evidence.
Armiflow offers an MCP server through which AI tools such as Claude can connect securely via OAuth 2.1, with restrictable permissions per access. Which other AI tools are supported depends on the tool. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration is separate from this and concerns the handover of companies and contacts.
