Ahrefs integration: put your SEO data to work in sales.

With the Ahrefs integration, SEO data from Ahrefs can optionally flow into Armiflow’s website analysis. If you already use Ahrefs, that data now also works in the reports and email drafts for your leads.

What does the Ahrefs integration do?

Ahrefs is a well-known SEO tool, used above all for its data on backlinks, keywords and rankings. With the Ahrefs integration, Armiflow can optionally use SEO data from Ahrefs in the website analysis feature. It adds to the SEO section, which, like every section, is scored from 0 to 10. The AI assessment is based exclusively on measured facts.

Benefits

How the Ahrefs integration works in Armiflow

Many agencies already have an account with Ahrefs. Armiflow brings this data into sales: into the analysis of a lead, into the report and into the personal draft.

  • Optional SEO data in the SEO section of the website analysis
  • AI assessment based only on measured facts
  • PDF report as an email attachment or a secure client link
  • Sales plan with the pillars website, SEO/GEO and social media

The analysis also checks data protection points on the website in line with the GDPR (EUR-Lex), such as the cookie tool and Google Fonts.

For agencies, the combination is obvious: you already use Ahrefs for existing clients, and Armiflow brings the same data into new business development. After the company search, the analysis scores every website, the SEO section is backed by Ahrefs data, and the AI writes a draft from the measurements. You review, adjust if needed and approve, instead of building every report yourself.

Questions and answers

Yes, especially then. With the Ahrefs integration, you use data you already have directly in sales. Instead of copying figures from Ahrefs into proposals, they flow into a lead’s website analysis, into the PDF report and into the personal email draft.

Armiflow uses Ahrefs as an optional source of SEO data in the SEO section of the website analysis. Which metrics are shown in each case is visible in the app for the analysis in question. The AI only mentions values that have actually been measured.

To connect Ahrefs, you need an Ahrefs account if the app asks for your own credentials. You add the credentials in Armiflow, where they are stored encrypted. After that, the data automatically adds to the SEO section of every new website analysis.

No. Armiflow scores SEO from 0 to 10 even without external data. The Ahrefs integration is optional and makes the SEO section more meaningful with additional measurements. Technology, GDPR, mobile, GEO and performance are measured and scored independently of it.

Both are available in Armiflow as optional sources of SEO data, as are Open PageRank, DataForSEO and SE Ranking. Usually it comes down to which provider you already have an account with. The website analysis is structured the same way in every case; the data only adds to the SEO section.

If you connect Ahrefs with Armiflow, the report is created automatically: scores from 0 to 10 per section, an AI assessment based on measurements and a sales plan. You only review and approve, instead of gathering figures and designing slides yourself.

No. The AI writes its assessment from measured facts and does not invent figures. If a value is missing, for example because no external source is connected, it simply does not mention it. Before a report or draft goes to a company, you read it yourself and approve it.

The number of AI reports is not limited in Armiflow, neither in Basic nor in Pro. How many queries your Ahrefs access allows is governed by your contract with Ahrefs, not by the Ahrefs integration itself. Limits may change; current figures are on the pricing page.

The PDF report shows the scores per section and the AI assessment, which is based on the measured values. It is sent as an email attachment or via a secure client link, but only after your approval. You can see exactly what is in the report in the app beforehand.

Yes. Scheduled AI agents search for companies, analyse their websites, create reports and prepare drafts using the connected SEO sources. Automatic sending is off by default and needs its own password-confirmed approval. That way you review finished drafts in the morning instead of analysing yourself.

More questions from practice

With the Ahrefs integration, you first search for suitable companies, have their websites analysed and receive a report with scores from 0 to 10. The AI turns it into a personal draft. You review and approve it, and then the report goes to the company as a PDF or a secure client link.

The analyses are stored in the lead’s company profile and visible to everyone allowed to see the lead. With roles, sales staff only see their own leads. The Ahrefs access is managed by a person with the admin role, and the team uses it without seeing the credentials.

Before connecting the Ahrefs integration, check whether your Ahrefs plan covers use via APIs and how many queries it allows. Whether the app asks for your own credentials is shown in Armiflow. Then plan for which leads the SEO data is relevant to your proposal.

Reports are often too technical and too long. A prospect wants to understand where their website stands and what that means for them. That is why Armiflow shows each section as a score from 0 to 10 with an easy-to-understand assessment. Still, check whether the report suits the company before you approve it.

Yes. The measurements from the analysis form the basis of the first draft; in multi-step campaigns, follow-ups come next and stop automatically when someone replies or books a meeting. With text snippets and the email studio, you keep to your brand design. Campaigns are included in Basic and Pro.

The Ahrefs integration supports the SEO section, while Armiflow scores GEO, meaning visibility in AI search, as a separate section. Together they show how well a company is found in classic search engines and in answers from AI assistants. That gives you two clear starting points for your proposal.

With white label, the product name, company, favicon and legal texts appear according to your specifications. This lets agencies offer reports and the client portal under their own brand. Which data appears in the report depends on the connected sources and is visible in the app.

For SEO data, it is about a company’s website or domain. Which details Armiflow transmits in each query is shown in the app. Contacts and other customer data stay in Armiflow, in a separate database schema with encrypted credentials and daily backups.
