Website analysis & AI reports
Armiflow’s website analysis tool scores any website from 0 to 10 in technology, security, GDPR, mobile, SEO, GEO and performance. The AI writes the assessment from measured facts and turns it into a PDF report that you can use to open conversations with new clients.
Score 0–10GEO scorePDF reportNo invented figures
The website analysis tool checks technology and CMS including security vulnerabilities, SSL and security headers, GDPR points such as the cookie tool, Google Fonts and the legal notice (Impressum), the mobile display, SEO, visibility in AI search (GEO) and performance. Each area receives a score from 0 to 10, and the AI summarises the measurements in plain language.
What is checked
Each area is scored separately. This shows you at a glance where a website is strong and where it falls short.
| Area | What is measured | Score |
|---|---|---|
| Technology & CMS | System, version and known security vulnerabilities | 0–10 |
| Security | SSL certificate and security headers | 0–10 |
| GDPR | Cookie tool, externally loaded Google Fonts, legal notice (Impressum) | 0–10 |
| Mobile | Display and usability on smartphones | 0–10 |
| SEO | Search engine optimisation basics | 0–10 |
| GEO | Visibility in AI search such as ChatGPT | 0–10 |
| Performance | Loading time based on PageSpeed and Lighthouse, comparable to Google PageSpeed Insights | 0–10 |
GEO visibility
More and more people ask ChatGPT or other AI assistants instead of a classic search engine. GEO visibility in AI search is therefore a separate area in the report.

The website analysis tool is mainly for agencies, web designers and IT service providers who want to win new clients. The report shows a company exactly where its website has weaknesses, making it a credible way into a sales conversation without pushy advertising. Small businesses also use it to check their own website.
No. The website analysis tool works automatically: Armiflow measures the seven areas, then the AI writes the assessment from the measurements. When you analyse many companies at once, scheduled AI agents handle the analysis in the background, and the revenue autopilot even works overnight, so in the morning you only review and decide.
In the website analysis tool each of the seven areas receives its own score from 0 to 10, where 10 means very good. This shows you at a glance whether a website is, for example, technically strong but weak on GDPR or on smartphones, so you can address exactly that point in the conversation.
In the GDPR website check, Armiflow tests whether a cookie tool is installed, whether Google Fonts are loaded externally from Google servers and whether a legal notice exists. These points often cause problems for businesses in Austria and Germany and are easy for companies to understand. The result appears as its own score from 0 to 10.
SEO scores the basics for classic search engines such as Google. GEO scores visibility in AI search such as ChatGPT, meaning whether a website is built so that AI assistants can understand it and cite it as a source. The website analysis tool scores both areas separately from 0 to 10 in the report.
No. The AI writes the assessment exclusively from measured facts and does not invent figures. If a value could not be measured, it does not appear as a claim in the report. This keeps the AI website analysis credible, even when your client later checks the results for themselves.
Yes. The report can be attached to an email as a PDF or shared via a secure client link. The AI prepares the email itself, but it is only sent once you approve the draft. If you change anything afterwards, a new approval is required, so nothing leaves your account without you seeing the final version.
Optionally, the website analysis tool pulls in SEO data from Open PageRank, DataForSEO, Ahrefs, Semrush or SE Ranking if you have an account there. This lets you add metrics from these services to the website SEO check without switching between several programs, keeping all findings in one report.
Armiflow scores performance using PageSpeed and Lighthouse values, the same measurement method Google uses for loading times. The website analysis tool translates the measurement into a score from 0 to 10. Slow websites lose visitors and rankings, which is why this area is a strong argument for many companies.
Yes. The website analysis tool is included in Basic and Pro, together with search and email. AI reports and searches are unlimited in both plans. You can try both plans free for 14 days and then book them monthly or yearly. You can see the current limits and prices at any time on Armiflow’s pricing page.
Yes. You can check any address, including your own. Many users first check their own website to see how the report is structured, and then use the result straight away to improve their own technology, GDPR compliance or loading time before contacting potential clients.
The website analysis tool identifies the system in use and its version and compares them against known security vulnerabilities. It also checks the SSL certificate and security headers. The result feeds into the scores for technology and security, so outdated systems become clearly and traceably visible in the report.
From the report, Armiflow creates a sales plan with three pillars: website, SEO and GEO, and social media. It shows in which areas a company has the most potential and helps you prepare a suitable quote, so your offer addresses the weaknesses the analysis actually found rather than generic services.
Yes. Scheduled AI agents combine search, analysis, report and draft and run daily, weekly or monthly, also for several locations. This produces many website analyses without manual work, and at the end you only review the results and drafts before deciding which emails should go out.
The AI prepares the email draft for the report in the language of the company concerned, so a company in Vienna receives it in German and an English-speaking company in English. The Armiflow interface itself is available in German, English, Turkish and French for your team.
When Google Fonts are loaded directly from Google servers, visitors’ IP addresses are transmitted to Google. In Austria and Germany this has already led to legal warning letters. The GDPR website check therefore shows whether fonts are loaded externally, which is an easy point for a company to fix.
Yes. Via the secure client link, your contact opens the report directly in the browser without needing an account. Alternatively, Armiflow attaches the report as a PDF to your email. Both options also work on smartphones, so your contact needs no extra software and no password.
With the website analysis tool, instead of a generic sales email you write with a concrete reason: you have analysed the website and show what can be improved. The AI uses the measurements for a personal draft in the company’s language, which is sent only after your approval.
Every analysed company has a company profile in the CRM with contacts, notes, timeline and follow-up tasks. This keeps the report where you also manage the conversation, the quote and later the invoice, and nothing gets lost between different tools or spreadsheets.
Yes. You tell Armiflow AI, for example, which websites should be checked, and the assistant starts the analysis. Reports can also be retrieved from Claude or ChatGPT via the MCP server, with permissions that you restrict for each access, so you decide exactly what an external assistant may do.
AI reports are included without limit in Basic and Pro. For the AI texts you work with your own AI accounts at OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini and pay for tokens directly to the provider. An adjustable monthly cost limit for AI and Google Places with a usage bar keeps costs predictable.
Yes. The mobile check assesses display and usability systematically and awards a score from 0 to 10. This gives you a comparable result instead of a subjective impression, and your client sees in black and white where the problems are, which makes the conversation far more concrete.
That depends on your goal. For prospecting, one analysis with the website analysis tool before the first contact is usually enough. For existing clients, a new check is worthwhile after changes, such as a relaunch, to make the improvement visible in the scores from 0 to 10.
Armiflow creates the PDF report automatically from the analysis. For invoices and other documents there is also a PDF designer and the template studio. With the separately bookable agency and white-label plugin, Armiflow appears under your own domain and with your own logo, so your clients see your brand.
No. The public authority protection is active by default and prevents public offices, courts and police from being stored or contacted. There are ready-made lists for Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Turkey and the EU. You add your own entries if the website analysis tool should skip further organisations.
No. The website analysis tool shows the most important weaknesses at a glance and is a good conversation starter. A quick website SEO check does not replace detailed consulting or implementation, though. That is exactly your service afterwards, for example as an agency or web designer, and the report gives you the arguments for it.
Yes. The sales plan with its three pillars of website, SEO and GEO, and social media shows which service to offer a company first. If you analyse many companies, you quickly see which weaknesses are common in an industry and can shape your offer accordingly.
With roles you define who in the team sees which data, and custom roles are possible too. Sales staff only see their own leads and therefore only their analyses. Administrators keep an overview of all reports in the account. This keeps the website analysis tool clear and organised even in larger teams.
Yes. Through CRM connections such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce and via webhooks, Zapier, Make and n8n, you pass companies and results to other systems. The REST API is available in Basic and Pro. This lets you use the website analysis tool even if your team already works with a different CRM.
When customers ask an AI assistant for a provider in their region, it only names companies whose websites it understands. GEO visibility in AI search shows whether a website is ready for this, making it a topic for the future for every business, from a trades company to an agency.
