The Global Payments integration allows invoices from Armiflow to be paid online via Global Payments. It is an alternative to Stripe, intended for businesses that already work with Global Payments. Which payment methods your clients can use depends on your contract with Global Payments, so check this with the provider before you start.
If you already have a contract with one of the two providers, you usually stay with it. For Stripe, Armiflow describes card, SEPA direct debit and payment links via your own account. Global Payments is a good fit if your business already processes payments there and has negotiated terms.
You need a contract and an account with Global Payments. In Armiflow, you set up the connection, and the credentials are stored encrypted. You then test online payment with an invoice and check its status. The app shows you the exact steps for your account.
This is determined by your contract with Global Payments, not by Armiflow. That is why we do not give a fixed list here. Clarify with Global Payments which methods are enabled for your business. In Armiflow, you then use them for the online payment of your invoices, without any further configuration on our side.
You agree payment fees directly with Global Payments; they are independent of Armiflow. Invoicing is included in Armiflow in Basic and Pro, and current plan prices are on the pricing page. This way you see separately what your payment provider costs and what Armiflow costs.
Armiflow meets the legal requirements for the invoice regardless of the payment method: checks under § 11 UStG for businesses in Austria, gapless numbering, cancellation instead of editing, tax rates, small business rules and reverse charge. The Global Payments integration only affects how your client pays the amount online.
Yes. Dunning with first and second reminders and fees is part of Invoicing & dunning and does not depend on the payment provider. If an invoice remains unpaid, you send reminders as usual. Online payment simply makes it easier for your client to pay straight away.
In Armiflow, the invoice currency can be selected. Which currencies Global Payments accepts for your account is governed by your contract there. Check this especially if you have clients outside the eurozone, for example in Switzerland, whom you supply from Austria.
Credentials for Global Payments are stored encrypted in Armiflow, every customer has a separate database schema, and 2FA and roles protect access. The payment itself is processed by Global Payments as a separate provider. Only give access within the team to people who need it.
