Calendly is an online service where customers book a free slot in your calendar themselves. With the Calendly integration, Armiflow syncs these bookings in the Calendar & appointments feature: when a company you contacted books an appointment, its campaign follow-ups stop automatically. That way you never chase someone who has already said yes, and your sales stay courteous.
Benefits
Multi-step campaigns in Armiflow follow up when there is no response. Through the sync with Calendly, Armiflow recognises a booking and ends the follow-up emails for that company.
Day to day, it looks like this: your campaign contacts a company, the company clicks the booking link and chooses a slot. From that moment, it is no longer a cold address but a conversation partner. Armiflow ends the follow-up emails, and your team can focus on preparing the conversation with all the facts from the company profile.

Because a booked appointment is the best response a campaign can get. Anyone who still receives a follow-up email afterwards feels they are not being taken seriously. That is why Armiflow stops follow-ups on a reply and on an appointment booking, and with the Calendly integration also when the booking is made directly via Calendly.
You need a Calendly account with suitable appointment types. In Armiflow, you set up the connection and add the credentials, which are stored encrypted. After that, your campaigns run as usual and bookings are synced. The app shows you the exact steps.
Not for the follow-ups; the Calendly integration stops them automatically. It makes sense to create a follow-up task in the CRM to prepare for the appointment, for example to look at the company’s website report again. Everything about the company, from the first email to the booking, is in its profile.
Yes. In Armiflow, every client group has its own booking link, in addition to its own senders, signatures and templates. That way enquiries for different brands or teams land in the right appointment types. This is practical for agencies or businesses with several locations that want to present themselves separately.
Armiflow uses the booking sync to stop the follow-ups for the right company. The app shows the exact scope of the details taken over. Calendly is a separate provider with its own terms, so also check the data processing agreement under the GDPR there.
Yes. Armiflow works with the Calendly account you connect and with booking links per client group. How you split calendars and appointment types within Calendly is up to you. In Armiflow, sales staff with the appropriate role only see their own leads.
Armiflow can also add appointments to Google and Microsoft 365 calendars and attach Meet, Teams or Zoom links. You connect Calendly itself to your calendar as usual. That way the booking page, calendar and video call fit together, alongside the Calendly integration, without you maintaining appointments twice.
For Cal.com, TidyCal and Google appointment pages, Armiflow supports booking links. The automatic sync, in which a booking stops the follow-ups, is documented in Armiflow for Calendly. Regardless of the tool, follow-ups also stop as soon as a company replies to your email.
Armiflow AI works in the chat with all features on behalf of the signed-in user, including appointments. Via the MCP server, you can even manage appointments from AI tools such as Claude. Actions involving customers always wait for your confirmation before anything happens.
Armiflow finds suitable companies, analyses their websites and prepares personal emails for your approval. Your booking link is in the email. If the company books via Calendly, the follow-ups stop automatically thanks to the Calendly integration, and you prepare for the conversation using the company profile.
Create the appointment types that companies should book, such as a short initial call, and check your available times. Clarify who in the team handles which appointments. Only then is the Calendly integration worthwhile, because the booking link and campaign fit together and no appointments end up at awkward times.
Often the link leads to the wrong appointment type, or there are hardly any free slots. Outdated links in templates also happen. Test every link yourself before a campaign starts and add it to the right client group, so the sender and the link belong together.
How appointments are distributed within Calendly is set up there. In Armiflow, client groups with their own booking link help assign enquiries to the right team. Roles ensure that sales staff only see their own leads. That way everyone knows which booked conversations belong to them.
In the morning, within the sending window, the revenue autopilot prepares check and offer emails for new companies. If the message contains your booking link and a company books via Calendly, the sync from the Calendly integration takes effect. Automatic sending is off by default and needs its own password-confirmed approval.
The campaign follow-ups were stopped when the booking was made. What happens next is up to you, for example a follow-up task in the CRM for renewed contact. Record the cancellation in the company profile so your team knows the current status.
For emails to companies, the rules of TKG § 174, the Austrian Telecommunications Act, and the GDPR apply; this concerns the email itself, not the link. Armiflow stores consent per channel with its legal basis and adds an unsubscribe link to every email. If in doubt, get legal advice on your specific situation.
Watch how many contacted companies book an appointment. Armiflow’s dashboard shows the key figures of your sales with a 12-week trend, and open and click tracking help put them in context. That way you can see whether your campaigns with the Calendly integration lead to more conversations.
