You hand companies and contacts over to ActiveCampaign, where your automations continue once the requirements are met.

ActiveCampaignCRM & ERP+ActiveCampaign is a platform for email marketing and marketing automation with its own CRM features. With the ActiveCampaign integration, Armiflow hands companies and contacts over to ActiveCampaign and syncs data. Finding new companies, website analysis and personal prospecting emails stay in Armiflow. The connection is part of the “CRM connections” module of the CRM & leads feature, which is included in every plan.
Benefits
Personal prospecting emails and automated marketing sequences follow different rules. For newsletters and email advertising in Austria, the TKG 2021 in the RIS applies, so Armiflow requires consent by default.
The separation pays off: personal prospecting emails go from Armiflow to individual companies, each one after approval. Automated sequences in ActiveCampaign only run for contacts whose requirements have been cleared. That way you never mix cold outreach with marketing lists, and you can always show why a contact received which message.

FAQ

When you run marketing automation in ActiveCampaign and also want to approach new companies actively. Armiflow searches for companies, analyses their websites and prepares personal emails. Through the ActiveCampaign integration you then hand companies and contacts over to ActiveCampaign, where your automations take over.
Only if the legal requirements are met. For email advertising and newsletters in Austria, consent under TKG § 174 is usually required. Armiflow stores consent per channel with its legal basis. Before every automation, check whether the contact has given suitable consent.
To connect ActiveCampaign, you use the “CRM connections” module in Armiflow, which is included in every plan, and add the credentials for your ActiveCampaign account. They are stored encrypted. You then hand over companies and contacts from the CRM and check in ActiveCampaign how they arrived.
This is not documented in general. What is certain: Armiflow stores consent per channel, meaning email, WhatsApp and phone, each with its legal basis. Which details the ActiveCampaign integration transfers is shown in the app during set-up. Compare the consent status deliberately before every campaign.
A prospecting email in Armiflow is a personal message to a single company, which you approve before it is sent. A campaign in ActiveCampaign is usually sent automatically to lists. Rules apply to both, and consent is especially important for advertising to lists. Armiflow keeps both separate and traceable.
Not necessarily. Armiflow has its own newsletter with an editor, AI subject lines, scheduling and consent as the default. ActiveCampaign also offers automations that you may already have built. If you connect ActiveCampaign with Armiflow, you keep those workflows and add the search for new customers.
Every email from Armiflow contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribed contacts go on the block list and are no longer contacted. Whether this information is passed on to ActiveCampaign is shown in the app during set-up. Check unsubscribes in both systems so that nobody receives further messages unintentionally.
The public authority protection already applies in Armiflow: government offices, courts and police are not stored or contacted by default. It is based on lists for AT, DE, CH, LI, TR and the EU, which you can extend with your own entries. Anything not stored in Armiflow is not handed over to ActiveCampaign via the integration either.
No. In Basic and Pro, the emails Armiflow sends itself are unlimited, and you can try both plans free for 14 days. Handing companies and contacts over to ActiveCampaign is not a send. Limits may change; current figures are on the pricing page.
Yes. Armiflow offers webhooks and connections via Zapier, Make and n8n, and in Basic and Pro the REST API as well. With these you can build your own triggers, for example when a company reaches a certain stage. For simply handing over companies and contacts, the direct ActiveCampaign integration is usually the shorter route.
Armiflow finds companies and sends personal emails after approval. If a company later gives consent, for example for a newsletter, this is stored in Armiflow per channel with its legal basis. Only then do you hand the contact over via the ActiveCampaign integration and add it to automations.
The most common mistake is adding all handed-over contacts to automations immediately without checking consent. Equally risky: maintaining unsubscribes in only one system. Check consent and unsubscribes in both systems and test the ActiveCampaign integration with a small number of contacts first.
Clarify which account contacts are handed over to, which automations they may reach and who is responsible for consent. During set-up, the app shows the scope of the handover. Then test with a few contacts and check which automations would be triggered as a result.
A proven split: sales works in Armiflow on search, analysis and personal emails, while marketing looks after automations and lists in ActiveCampaign. The integration connects both areas. Put in writing at which point a contact moves from sales to marketing, so responsibilities stay clear.
Armiflow sends prospecting emails within a sending window during working hours and limits contact frequency. When ActiveCampaign sends messages is set there. Align both schedules so that a contact does not receive emails from both systems on the same day.
In Armiflow’s newsletter, the AI creates subject lines and text only from approved facts. You also get an editor, attachments, scheduling, a test email, an hourly limit and pause and resume. If you prefer sending newsletters from ActiveCampaign, use Armiflow mainly for prospecting and consent.
In Armiflow, duplicates are merged automatically and unclear cases go to a review list. This means you hand over cleaned-up contacts. How ActiveCampaign handles existing contacts is best checked with a few test records before you hand over larger volumes via the ActiveCampaign integration.
Armiflow measures opens and clicks for its own emails and shows them in the company profile. Whether this data is transferred to ActiveCampaign is not described in general; the app shows the scope during set-up. For your own triggers, you can use webhooks, Zapier, Make or n8n.
Sign up in the app, choose an industry and a location and see your first results. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
