Manufacturing & factories
Armiflow’s sales software for manufacturers finds new B2B buyers by industry and region, prepares personal emails in the company’s language and brings quote, order, framework contract with e-signature and invoice together in one system, including reverse charge and an export for your tax adviser.

As sales software for manufacturers, Armiflow supports B2B sales: the company search finds distributors, processors and buyers by industry and location, and Apollo.io and Hunter add contact persons. Armiflow AI writes personal drafts in the company’s language for you to approve. Quote, order, framework contract with e-signature, invoice with reverse charge and an export for BMD, RZL or DATEV follow in the same system.
Everyday work
In many manufacturing businesses, sales depends on a few people and long-standing contacts. Finding new buyers is often pushed aside by quotes, complaints and delivery dates, and prospects from trade fairs or enquiries are forgotten.
On top of that comes the effort between quote and payment: prices and variants, framework contracts, invoices to companies abroad with reverse charge and other currencies. When these steps run in separate programs, you lose track of where each client stands.
Armiflow does not replace an ERP or production planning. The platform starts where new clients emerge and quotes turn into invoices: company search, contact persons, personal emails, quote, contract and invoice, combined with connections to SAP Business One, Odoo or Dynamics 365.
Workflow
From first contact to the export for your tax adviser, all data stays linked in the company profile. The AI prepares, your sales team decides, and no email goes to a potential buyer without approval.
Find companies searches by industry, location or radius; Apollo.io and Hunter supply contact persons and emails.
Armiflow AI writes a draft in the company’s language; it is only sent after your approval.
Quote from the product catalogue, order and framework contract with electronic signature.
Invoice under § 11 UStG with reverse charge and currency, export for BMD, RZL or DATEV.
Features
In Austria, marketing emails to companies are subject to § 174 TKG 2021 (RIS). Armiflow only sends after approval and records consent per channel.

Sales software for manufacturers helps you find new B2B buyers, maintain contacts and follow quotes through to the invoice. For this, Armiflow combines company search, CRM, cold email, contracts with e-signature, invoicing and bookkeeping preparation. Armiflow is not an ERP for production or material planning.
For industrial lead generation, you search for companies by industry and location or radius, such as distributors, processors or key accounts. Apollo.io and Hunter add contact persons, and Armiflow AI writes personal drafts. After your approval, multi-step campaigns run that stop automatically when a company replies or books an appointment.
Yes. The AI writes email drafts in the language of each company, regardless of your own interface language. Invoices support reverse charge and selectable currencies. This way the sales software for manufacturers also supports export markets; you check the target country’s rules for marketing emails yourself.
No. Armiflow is not an ERP for production, bills of materials or production planning. For sales, there are connections to SAP Business One, Odoo and Dynamics 365 as well as webhooks, Zapier, Make and n8n. Your ERP stays in the lead, and the sales software for manufacturers complements it where new clients emerge.
Quotes are created from the product catalogue with terms, add-on options and prices. The quote becomes an order and then the invoice, all linked to the company profile. The quote email can contain a “Read & sign” link so that the client can agree straight away.
Yes. Contracts from templates with packages, add-on services and term are signed directly on screen, drawn by hand with a finger, mouse or stylus, via an online link or on site. In addition, Armiflow stores name, time, IP address, browser, consents and a SHA-256 checksum as evidence.
In Armiflow, B2B sales for manufacturing with AI means the AI researches, analyses and writes drafts, while people decide. Scheduled agents regularly search for new companies in several locations and prepare reports and drafts. Actions involving clients or money always wait for your confirmation.
The dashboard shows the development with a 12-week trend, and the map shows where leads and clients are located. With roles, sales staff only see their own leads, while management sees everything. This makes the sales software for manufacturers a shared basis for planning and conversations.
Armiflow automatically matches bank, card, PayPal and Stripe statements to incoming invoices and creates a month-end checklist. The export is available for BMD NTCS and Online, RZL, DATEV or as CSV based on the Austrian standard chart of accounts. An email with the VAT figures goes to your tax adviser, straight from the sales software for manufacturers.
After signing up for the 14-day free trial, the setup assistant creates a starter plan based on your industry, team and goals. You import existing client lists from CSV or XLSX, and duplicates are merged. Then you define target industries and regions and start your first industrial lead generation campaign with approval.
Armiflow searches OpenStreetMap, Google Places, Azure Maps, Google Maps search via SerpApi or Serper, and Apollo.io. Business directories are only used as structured data, and robots.txt is respected. Before the search you see a cost estimate, and interrupted searches continue running.
Yes. You import contacts from trade fairs or existing lists as CSV or XLSX. Duplicates are merged automatically, and unclear cases go to a review list. Then you create follow-up tasks for every contact, so that no conversation from the fair goes to waste afterwards.
Yes. The currency can be selected for invoices, along with tax rates, the small business exemption and reverse charge. Every invoice is checked against § 11 UStG, numbers are gapless, and corrections are made by cancellation instead of editing. Whether reverse charge applies is something your tax adviser clarifies.
Yes, with the stock module, which is included in Basic and Pro. For shops there is a WooCommerce stock sync every 15 minutes. Armiflow does not offer production or material planning; your ERP stays responsible for that. The stock module mainly serves to link quotes and invoices with available items.
You set sending windows and contact frequency so that nobody receives emails too often. Multi-step campaigns stop automatically when a company replies or books an appointment. For industrial lead generation this means a few targeted contacts instead of constant noise.
Yes. In the client portal, your clients see orders, invoices, contracts and tickets. They sign in via magic link without a password, optionally with 2FA, protected by reCAPTCHA or Turnstile. This relieves your back office of queries about documents and orders, because clients can look up a lot themselves.
During enrichment, Armiflow adds social profiles such as LinkedIn and XING as well as contact persons and email addresses via Hunter. Apollo.io also serves as a lead source. In B2B sales for manufacturing, this makes it more likely that you reach the responsible person in purchasing instead of just a generic company address.
Basic is designed for one user, while in the Pro plan an unlimited number of users work in the same account, with roles and custom roles. Basic and Pro also include the REST API, which lets you connect the sales software for manufacturers to your own systems. Limits may change, and current values are shown on the pricing page.
