Both access your Armiflow data, and with the MCP server the permissions can be restricted per connection. You choose where you prefer to work.

Yes, as drafts. Armiflow AI writes personal emails in the company’s language and uses a personal greeting only when the name has been verified. Nothing is sent until you approve it. If you change the text again afterwards, the approval lapses and you confirm once more before the email goes out.

In the template studio, the AI creates suitable PDF and Word templates, for example for quotes or contracts, and translates them into other languages. That saves time if you serve customers in several countries. Template versions ensure that contracts which have already been signed remain unchanged.
