Trades
Armiflow is a CRM for tradesmen that wins new clients without evenings in the office: the system finds commercial clients in your region, prepares personal enquiries and turns a quote into an order and a checked invoice with one click. Nothing goes to clients without your approval.

Armiflow searches for companies by industry and radius, such as property management companies, restaurants or offices in your region, and shows them on the map. The AI prepares personal emails, which you approve. A quote becomes an order and an invoice under § 11 UStG, the Austrian VAT Act, with dunning and online payment. Armiflow also prepares receipts for your accountant.
Everyday trades
In a trades business, the day is for working, not selling. Quotes get written in the evening, invoices at the weekend, and new commercial clients only get attention when a job is missing. That is exactly when there is usually no time to approach companies in a targeted way.
Then there are the formalities: for businesses in Austria, invoices must contain the details required under § 11 UStG (RIS), cash payments belong in a cash register compliant with the RKSV, and open amounts need chasing. Doing all that with notes, Word and Excel makes it easy to lose track.
Process
Search by industry and location or radius, with results and contacts in the CRM and on the map.
The AI writes a personal draft. You check it, edit it if needed and approve it.
Quote from your client records, with a “Read & sign” link. Once accepted, it becomes an order.
Invoice under § 11 UStG, payment via Stripe, dunning and export for BMD or RZL.

Winning new clients in the trades usually means approaching commercial clients nearby. Armiflow searches for companies by industry and radius, such as property management companies, offices or restaurants, and shows them on the map. The AI prepares personal emails, which you check and approve. Replies and appointments land in the CRM for tradesmen.
To create a quote, you add the client to your client records and select services from the product catalogue. Templates and the PDF designer make quotes look consistent, and the quote email contains a “Read & sign” link. Once the client accepts, the quote becomes an order and later the invoice, with no retyping.
Armiflow is software for trades businesses that combines prospecting, quotes, invoicing and bookkeeping preparation. The setup assistant has its own industry template for the trades and creates a personal plan based on team and goals when you start. For businesses without office staff, what matters is that everything stays in one system.
Yes. Invoices are checked against § 11 UStG, the Austrian VAT Act, numbers run without gaps, and instead of editing an invoice, it is cancelled. Tax rates, the small business scheme and reverse charge are supported. Your invoices thus meet the formal requirements without you having to check every detail yourself.
In Austria, cash sales belong in a cash register compliant with the RKSV. Armiflow is not a till itself, but it connects cash register systems such as helloCash, ready2order, Kingbill and Kassandro. Cash payments on site and invoices from Armiflow thus stay in one process. Which obligations apply to your business is something to clarify with your accountant.
Through dunning with first and second reminders and optional fees. Email templates ensure a friendly, consistent tone. Clients can pay online via Stripe by card, SEPA direct debit or payment link, which can speed up incoming payments. In the dashboard of your CRM for tradesmen you see which amounts are still outstanding.
For marketing emails in Austria, § 174 TKG 2021 applies, and prior consent is usually required. Armiflow stores consent per channel with the legal basis, adds an unsubscribe link to every email and keeps a block list. For email prospecting this is the most important rule. Whether an approach is permitted is your decision, if in doubt with legal advice.
Armiflow works in the browser on your smartphone, so you can see leads, tasks and invoices on the go. A native app for iOS and Android is in development and coming soon; its features and release date have not yet been fixed. To get started with your CRM for tradesmen, the browser is all you need.
The client signs directly on screen, drawn by hand with finger, mouse or stylus, via an online link or on site, and several contracts can be signed with one link and one signature. Armiflow also stores the name, time, IP address, browser, consents and a SHA-256 checksum as additional evidence, and the signed PDF is archived.
After signing up for the 14-day free trial, you choose the trades industry template, team size and goals in the setup assistant. This produces a starter plan with recommended steps. Then you import existing clients via CSV or XLSX or search for your first companies nearby, so your CRM for tradesmen works with real data from day one.
That depends on your trade. Often they are property management companies, offices, restaurants, hotels or shops in the region. In Armiflow you search specifically for these industries within a radius of your location and see the results on the map. With a CRM for tradesmen, winning new clients becomes predictable.
Yes. In the product catalogue you create services with terms from monthly to three years, for example for regular maintenance or servicing. Armiflow generates the recurring invoices automatically. Together with the contract from the template, the ongoing service is properly documented and billed on time, so recurring revenue becomes routine rather than evening work.
Armiflow reads bank, card, PayPal and Stripe statements, including PDFs, and matches them to incoming invoices. An AI helper searches your mailboxes every month for missing invoices and stores them in Google Drive. The export for BMD NTCS, RZL or DATEV uses the Austrian standard chart of accounts, so nothing gets left lying around.
Yes. With roles and custom roles you decide who sees what. Sales staff only see their own leads, while you as the owner keep the overview. Follow-up tasks with due dates show everyone what needs doing today. Basic is designed for one user, and in the Pro plan any number of users work in the same account, even in busy weeks.
For this there is the file manager with upload links. You send the client an upload link through which they can send you files such as photos or plans. The documents do not end up scattered across messenger chats or mailboxes, but in Armiflow’s file manager, where your team can find them.
Current prices are on the pricing page, where they are shown live from the app. You can try Basic and Pro free for 14 days, booked monthly or yearly, with no minimum term and no setup fee. Basic includes all features for one user with 50 active clients, while Pro has no limits. Limits may change; current values are on the pricing page.
With the Social Media Autopilot module, the AI writes copy and hashtags, creates images, carousels and videos and publishes on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, in review mode or fully automatically. The module is included in Basic and Pro. For trades businesses it can help to show completed work regularly.
Every company has a profile in the CRM with contacts, notes, timeline and field history. Emails, quotes, orders and invoices are all stored there. Whoever in the business takes over a client sees immediately what was agreed. This helps with winning new clients just as much as with looking after regular ones.
