Find companies · Lead discovery
With Armiflow’s B2B lead generation software you find companies by industry and location or within a radius, in Austria and across the DACH region. Five data sources, enrichment with contact persons and social profiles, automatic duplicate matching and a cost estimate before every search.
5 data sourcesAutomatic de-duplicationCost estimate upfrontPublic authority protection
You choose an industry and a location or a radius, Armiflow searches up to five data sources and creates the companies it finds in your CRM. Duplicates are merged automatically, social profiles and contact persons are added. Before every search you see a cost estimate, and public offices or courts are never even stored thanks to the public authority protection.
Data sources
Instead of searching several company databases one by one, Armiflow queries the sources together and merges the results. This way you generate B2B leads from all sources in a single run.
| Source | What for | Search |
|---|---|---|
| OpenStreetMap | Companies and businesses from open map data | Industry and location or radius |
| Google Places | Companies with address and category | Industry and location or radius |
| Azure Maps | Companies from Microsoft’s map data | Industry and location or radius |
| Google Maps search | Google Maps search results via SerpApi or Serper | Search term and location |
| Apollo.io | Company and contact data | Industry and region |
| Import | Your own lists as CSV or XLSX, business directories with structured data | File upload |
Enrich & match
Finding business addresses is only the beginning, because an address alone is rarely enough. Armiflow enriches every result automatically so you know whom to contact.
How it works
Armiflow suggests suitable industries. You choose a location, several locations or a radius.
Before you start, the cost estimate shows what the search requires. An adjustable monthly cost limit for AI and Google Places protects you from surprises.
The sources are queried and matched. A search that gets interrupted keeps running in the background.
The companies appear in the CRM with profile, contacts and map, ready for analysis and outreach.
After the search
Finding companies in Austria is just the start. In Armiflow you carry on directly, without any export.

FAQ

Yes. To find companies in Austria you search by industry and location, across several locations or within a radius, throughout Austria and the DACH region. For example, you can find all joinery workshops in Graz or all tax advisers around Linz in a single search, wherever you are based, whether in Vienna, Graz or Innsbruck.
Depending on the source, you receive company name, address, category and website. The B2B lead generation software adds social profiles such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or Google Business and, where available, contact persons and email addresses via Hunter. Everything lands in the company profile in the CRM, including field history and timeline, so a lead is more than a bare address.
No, Armiflow is not a company database you buy, but a lead generation tool that queries several sources together. The results from OpenStreetMap, Google Places, Azure Maps, Google Maps search and Apollo.io are merged and stored in your own CRM, where you can analyse and contact them straight away.
Searches are unlimited in Basic and Pro, so you can use the B2B lead generation software as often as you like. Paid sources such as Google Places run through your own API accounts. Before every search Armiflow shows a cost estimate, and an adjustable monthly cost limit for AI and Google Places with a usage bar keeps spending under control. Prices are on the pricing page.
When a company appears in several sources, Armiflow automatically merges the results into one record. Cases that are not clear-cut go to a review list, where you decide yourself whether it is the same company. If you use B2B lead generation software regularly, this saves a lot of time otherwise spent cleaning up lists.
Yes. You can upload your own lists as CSV or XLSX. Armiflow treats imported companies just like found ones: they are enriched, matched against existing records and are then ready in the CRM for analysis and outreach. Duplicate entries are detected in the process, so the B2B lead generation software also works with your own data.
No. The public authority protection is active by default and prevents public offices, courts and police from being stored or contacted. There are ready-made lists for Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Turkey and the EU, which you can extend with your own entries whenever you need to exclude further organisations.
An interrupted search keeps running in the background. You do not need to wait in the browser until all sources have been queried, and you do not lose results if you close the window or your connection drops briefly. Afterwards you will find the results in the CRM as usual, ready for the next step.
You can search for any industry recorded in the sources, from trades and hospitality to consulting, IT or real estate. Armiflow suggests suitable industry terms so you do not have to guess what an industry is called in the map data. This keeps your B2B lead generation software focused on your target group.
Yes, with AI agents and the revenue autopilot. Scheduled agents search daily, weekly or monthly, also across several locations. The autopilot searches OpenStreetMap overnight for new companies in rotating industries and prepares drafts by morning, but nothing is sent until you approve it. Automation in this B2B lead generation software never means giving up control.
Armiflow adds contact persons and email addresses via the Hunter service, provided Hunter has data on the company in question. The AI only uses a personal greeting in emails when the name has been verified; otherwise it writes a neutral salutation, so your first message never addresses the wrong person.
Armiflow adds profiles on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, XING and Google Business. This lets you see at a glance how active a company is online, which can be a good conversation starter for agencies and web designers who want to offer social media or website services.
Yes. In the CRM, the companies you have found are shown on a map. This helps with planning, for example when you want to group appointments in one region or see where you already have many leads. The dashboard additionally shows a 12-week trend, so you can follow how your pipeline develops.
The radius search uses the location data of the map services, such as Google Places, Azure Maps and OpenStreetMap. How complete the results are depends on how well companies in a region are recorded in these sources. Combining several sources increases coverage, which makes the B2B lead generation software the easiest route for regional providers.
Armiflow only takes structured data from business directories and respects the robots.txt of each website. How you may then use the data for marketing depends on your legal basis, which you record per channel in the company profile. This keeps your outreach documented and easier to justify if questions come up.
Yes. You can enter several locations at once, such as Vienna, Graz and Linz, or schedule regular searches for several locations with AI agents. Results are matched so that companies with several branches do not appear twice, and you check unclear cases in the review list. This lets the B2B lead generation software cover an entire federal state.
You can store business addresses without limit in Basic and Pro. In Basic, limits apply of 50 active clients and 1,000 new leads per month, while Pro removes these limits as well. Companies you find stay in the CRM with profile, contacts and timeline, even if you only contact them later. Details are on the pricing page.
Yes. Leads can be exported from the CRM, also as a bulk action. Through CRM connections such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce and via webhooks, Zapier, Make or n8n, you can also pass companies directly to other systems without copying lists by hand, which keeps your existing tools up to date.
Yes. The search works across the whole DACH region. The public authority protection includes ready-made lists for Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and the AI writes drafts in the language of each company. The interface itself is available in German, English, Turkish and French, so you can use the B2B lead generation software throughout the DACH region.
When you buy business addresses, you get a ready-made list. In Armiflow you search specifically by industry and location across several sources yourself, and the results are enriched, matched and processed directly in the CRM, from analysis to outreach, without importing and cleaning a purchased file first.
No. New results are matched against your existing records. Known companies are merged instead of being created again, a lead can be merged with an existing client, and the revenue autopilot only writes to companies that have never been contacted. The timeline shows when a company was last contacted.
Yes. Because every result is stored together with its website information, you can see which companies have a website and which do not. For agencies and web designers this is a common approach to finding suitable clients for new websites, and it gives you an obvious reason to get in touch.
After the search you can have the websites of the companies you found analysed directly. Armiflow scores technology, GDPR, mobile, SEO, GEO and performance from 0 to 10 and uses the measured facts as the basis for a personal email draft. Combining the B2B lead generation software with the analysis gives you a ready-made reason to talk.
Yes. In the Pro plan any number of users work in the same account, while Basic is designed for one user. With roles, sales staff only see their own leads, and client groups have their own senders, signatures, templates and booking links. Follow-up tasks can be shared within the team, so everyone can use the B2B lead generation software without getting in each other’s way.
Yes. You simply tell Armiflow AI in the chat, for example, that you are looking for joinery workshops in Graz. The assistant starts the search, and any actions involving clients, money or approvals wait for your confirmation. Company search is also possible from Claude or ChatGPT via the MCP server.
In the company profile you store consent separately for email, WhatsApp and phone, each with its legal basis. This makes it clear on what grounds you contact a company, and GDPR access or erasure requests can be handled directly. An unsubscribe link is included in every email you send from Armiflow.
Yes. You can try Basic and Pro free for 14 days, and both plans include the company search with unlimited searches. This lets you test the B2B lead generation software with real searches and no minimum term. You sign up directly in the app with email, Google, Apple, Facebook or Microsoft.
Armiflow queries the sources afresh with every search, so the data is as current as what is stored in OpenStreetMap, Google Places, Azure Maps, Google Maps search and Apollo.io. The field history in the company profile shows when details have changed, so you can see what is new at a glance.
Yes. Using the block list, you permanently exclude companies from outreach, and the public authority protection can be extended with your own entries. This way, companies you do not want to contact never end up in campaigns in the first place. The entries apply to all users in the account.
No. You choose industry and location in the interface or describe what you are looking for in the chat with Armiflow AI. When you start, the setup assistant suggests suitable industries and first steps for your business. You then see the results clearly in the CRM and on the map, so the B2B lead generation software works without an IT department.
