IT & hosting
Armiflow is software for IT service providers, system integrators and hosting companies: you find new corporate clients through search and website analysis, the product catalogue bills ongoing services with automatic recurring invoices, and you manage hosting accounts directly via Plesk.
Subscriptions up to 3 yearsPlesk connectionSupport ticketsFull WHMCS import
Armiflow connects prospecting and billing: you find companies by industry and location, check their websites for technology, SSL and security vulnerabilities and approach them after your approval. Services with terms from monthly to three years generate automatic recurring invoices. Plesk accounts, domain check, support tickets, client portal and a full import from WHMCS including client groups are built in.
Everyday IT and hosting
IT service providers and hosting companies live on recurring services: hosting, domains, maintenance, licences and support. Each has its own terms and options, and at the end of the month they all need to be billed correctly. Keeping this in separate programs often means hunting for the right figure.
At the same time, new corporate clients need to be won. A good reason to get in touch is a company’s own website: outdated technology, missing SSL or security vulnerabilities. And for businesses in Austria, every invoice must contain the details required under § 11 UStG (RIS), including reverse charge for clients elsewhere in the EU.
Armiflow brings both together: the product catalogue knows your packages, terms and add-on options, invoices are generated from it automatically, and the client portal shows your clients contracts, invoices and tickets in one place. Prospecting runs in the same system, so a new lead becomes a subscription client without any export.

Because Armiflow connects prospecting and recurring billing, the two areas that cost IT service providers the most time. As software for IT service providers, it offers company search, website analysis with security checks, subscriptions with recurring invoices, Plesk connection, support tickets and a client portal. Everything accesses the same client data.
For hosting billing, you create packages in the product catalogue with terms from monthly to three years and add-on options. Armiflow generates the recurring invoices automatically. Hosting accounts are created, suspended or removed in Plesk, and there is a domain check and a TLD price table. You collect payments by SEPA direct debit via Stripe.
Recurring invoices for typical IT services such as maintenance, licences or hosting are generated from the product catalogue automatically. Every invoice is checked against § 11 UStG, the Austrian VAT Act, numbers run without gaps, and reverse charge is supported. With dunning you send reminders for open amounts, and payment links make settling them easier.
Yes, completely. A dry run shows in advance what will be imported, without writing anything. Armiflow then imports the data without omissions, and old invoices, quotes and emails land in the client’s archive tab. A reconciliation checks counts, totals and client status, and client groups from WHMCS are carried over. Recurring invoices, Plesk management and tickets then run in one software for IT service providers.
You search for companies by industry and location and have their websites analysed. The analysis checks technology and CMS including security vulnerabilities, SSL, security headers and performance. The AI turns this into a factual draft that names real measurements. Nothing is sent until you approve it, and follow-ups stop on reply. This makes the software for IT service providers a prospecting tool too.
Support tickets come in via the client portal and by email and are bundled in Armiflow. Clients sign in to the portal via magic link without a password, optionally with two-factor sign-in, and also see orders, invoices and contracts there. The portal is protected by reCAPTCHA or Turnstile. In software for IT service providers, tickets and invoices belong in the same place.
Yes. In the product catalogue you create promotions and vouchers, for example for new clients or a specific package. Because promotions sit in the same catalogue as your packages, your hosting billing stays clear and easy to follow. The app shows the exact scope of the available settings, so check there what suits your offers.
Yes. The product catalogue and subscriptions area includes a domain check and a TLD price table for your prices per extension. Together with the Plesk connection for hosting accounts, you have domain and hosting in the same system as quotes and invoices. The app shows the exact scope, so you can see which options are available for your setup.
Through the feature for requests and development enquiries. The client describes a request, you create a quote, and the client accepts and pays by card. Delivery then runs with status updates and messages. For software for IT service providers this matters, because many small jobs would otherwise go unbilled.
After signing up for the 14-day free trial, the setup assistant creates a starter plan based on industry, team and goals. Then you import data from WHMCS or from CSV and XLSX files, set up your product catalogue and connect Stripe. Subscriptions and invoicing are included in Basic and Pro, and you can try both free for 14 days.
Yes. The Basic and Pro plans include the REST API, plus webhooks, Zapier, Make and n8n. Via the MCP server you control Armiflow from AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, with OAuth 2.1 and permissions per access. For software for IT service providers, this openness is often decisive.
Every client account has its own database schema, access credentials are stored encrypted, and there are daily backups. Two-factor sign-in, roles and custom roles protect access within the team. Access and erasure under GDPR Art. 15 and 17 are handled directly from the CRM. That is what clients expect from software for IT service providers.
Yes, through your own Stripe account with SEPA direct debit, card or payment link. Alternatively, Global Payments is available. Recurring invoices for IT services are thus collected automatically, and you do not have to chase every amount individually. Dunning sends first and second reminders for open items.
Yes. Several contracts, such as hosting, maintenance and data processing, can be concluded with one link and one signature. The client draws the signature by hand with finger, mouse or stylus directly on screen, via an online link or on site. Armiflow also stores name, time, IP address, browser, consents and a SHA-256 checksum as additional evidence.
Yes. Stock levels are synced with WooCommerce every 15 minutes. For IT resellers who also sell hardware or licences in a shop, stock stays up to date in both systems. Inventory and shop are included in Basic and Pro, and details are on the pricing page, where current values are shown.
Armiflow reads bank, card, PayPal and Stripe statements, including PDFs, and matches them to incoming invoices, for example for server or licence costs. An AI helper searches your mailboxes every month for missing invoices. Exports are created for BMD NTCS, RZL, DATEV or as CSV using the Austrian standard chart of accounts.
In the Basic plan you manage up to 50 active clients and up to 1,000 new leads per month with one user, while companies, emails, AI reports and search runs are unlimited. Pro has no limits and any number of users. Subscriptions are included in both plans. For larger hosting portfolios, Pro is recommended before you migrate many accounts.
Yes, with white label. Product name, company, favicon and legal texts follow your specifications, and your clients see your branding in the portal. The separately bookable agency plugin adds your own domain via CNAME with a DNS check, SSL automatically through Let’s Encrypt and your own logo, with the note “Powered by Armiflow” at the bottom. For hosts and system integrators, this beats separate tools with third-party branding.
