Subscription management software manages recurring services such as maintenance, hosting or licences with term, price and renewal. It creates recurring invoices so nothing gets forgotten. In Armiflow this is the product catalogue with subscription services, connected to the CRM, invoicing and the client portal, so every renewal sits next to the customer it belongs to.
Armiflow’s subscription management software supports terms from monthly up to 3 years. That lets you model monthly subscriptions, annual contracts or longer commitments. You can add add-ons to every service, and they are taken into account automatically when the next invoice is created, so the amount billed always matches what the customer has booked.
When a subscription period ends, Armiflow automatically creates the invoice for the next period. Automatic recurring invoices make sure no renewal is overlooked and your recurring revenue is billed on time. Invoices in Armiflow are checked against § 11 UStG, the Austrian VAT rules, which matters for businesses in Austria and Germany.
Armiflow creates hosting accounts in Plesk, suspends them and removes them again. Plesk hosting management therefore runs from the same system that holds the subscription and the invoice. This saves agencies and hosting providers from switching back and forth between billing and server administration every time a customer changes their package.
The inventory module syncs stock with WooCommerce every 15 minutes. For WooCommerce shops this means your stock in Armiflow and in the shop stays closely aligned without copying figures by hand. Inventory and shop are separate modules, and both are included in Basic and Pro, so you can switch them on when you need them.
Yes. The services and subscriptions module is included in both plans, Basic and Pro, as are inventory and shop. You activate the subscription management software as soon as you bill recurring services. You can try both plans free for 14 days and book them monthly or annually. Current prices and plan contents are on the pricing page.
Yes. Armiflow offers an import from WHMCS, so you do not have to start from zero when moving to Armiflow’s subscription management software. Afterwards, terms, automatic recurring invoices, Plesk hosting and support tickets run in Armiflow, together with the CRM, prospecting and bookkeeping, all in one system for your whole team.
The domain check shows you whether a requested domain is still available. The TLD price table defines what each domain extension costs. This lets agencies and hosting providers offer domains as part of their subscription services and bill them together with hosting, without keeping a separate price list or spreadsheet somewhere else.
Yes. In Armiflow you create promotions and vouchers, for example to make it easier for new customers to get started or to make a renewal more attractive. The subscription management software takes the discount into account when billing, so you never have to calculate reductions by hand or correct an invoice afterwards.
Customers open support tickets through the client portal or by email. You handle the tickets in Armiflow, right where the customer’s subscriptions, invoices and contracts are stored. That way you see immediately with every request which services a customer uses, and your team can respond with the full context in front of them.
The subscription management software suits anyone who bills recurring services: agencies with maintenance contracts, hosting providers, IT service providers or companies with licences and service packages. If you also sell physical products, you can add the inventory module with its WooCommerce sync every 15 minutes and run both from the same system.
Add-ons are extras a customer books on top of a service, such as more storage or an additional service. In Armiflow they are attached to the service and billed along with automatic recurring invoices. This keeps every invoice complete, even when customers expand their package in the middle of a term.
Armiflow’s two-stage dunning process reminds customers about open invoices, with a first and second reminder and fees. For hosting customers you can suspend the account in Plesk and later remove it. Billing and technology stay connected, so you never have to switch between different systems to act on an unpaid invoice.
Through your own Stripe account, customers pay by card, SEPA direct debit or payment link. Global Payments is available as an alternative. For automatic recurring invoices from the subscription management software, SEPA direct debit is especially practical, because recurring amounts are collected conveniently from the customer’s bank account without any extra steps.
In the client portal your customers see orders, invoices, contracts and tickets. They sign in via a magic link without a password, optionally with two-factor authentication, protected by reCAPTCHA or Turnstile. That way customers find their documents themselves instead of asking your support team for copies or status updates.
Yes. Contracts in Armiflow are created from templates with packages, extra services and term. The customer signs directly on screen, drawn by hand with a finger, mouse or stylus, via an online link or in person, and several contracts can be signed with one link and one signature. Armiflow also stores name, time, IP address, browser and a SHA-256 checksum as evidence.
In the TLD price table you define what a domain costs per extension, such as .at, .de or .com. This keeps your domain prices consistent and transparent for every customer. Together with the domain check, you can sell domains directly as part of your subscription services and bill them alongside hosting.
Agencies often look after many client websites. With Plesk hosting management from Armiflow you create accounts, suspend them when needed and remove them when the contract ends. Subscription, invoice and hosting account stay connected, so no orphaned account keeps running on your server after a customer has left.
The stock sync every 15 minutes is built for WooCommerce. The inventory module keeps your stock levels in Armiflow. If you run a WooCommerce shop, you benefit from the automatic sync, because stock in the shop and in your inventory no longer drift apart and you avoid selling items you no longer have.
Inventory and shop are separate modules, both included in Basic and Pro. Inventory keeps your stock levels and syncs them with WooCommerce every 15 minutes. The current plans and their prices are listed on the pricing page. This lets you use exactly the modules that fit your business and leave the rest switched off.
A calendar reminder can be missed; an automatic recurring invoice cannot. Automatic recurring invoices are created on time for the new period, including all add-ons. This protects recurring revenue and saves the time you would otherwise spend chasing renewals, checking spreadsheets and writing invoices by hand at the end of every month.
Yes. A recurring invoice is still an invoice and must contain the mandatory details under § 11 UStG, the Austrian VAT Act. Armiflow checks invoices against § 11 UStG, assigns gapless numbers and uses cancellation instead of editing. Tax rates, the small business exemption and reverse charge are covered for businesses in Austria and Germany.
Promotions and vouchers can be used flexibly in Armiflow, for example as a loyalty discount for customers who renew their subscription. The subscription management software includes the benefit in the invoice automatically. That keeps the invoice correct even when a discount applies, and you do not have to adjust any amounts manually.
A lead in the CRM becomes a customer in your customer base, who then books products and subscription services from the catalogue. Quote, contract, invoice and tickets stay linked to the customer. That way your team sees the full history of a company in one place in the subscription management software.
Yes. Support tickets are created through the client portal or by email. Requests no longer end up scattered across individual mailboxes but land centrally in Armiflow. In the subscription management software your team can see which customer has which subscription and help quickly and precisely, without asking the customer for details first.
Armiflow AI works with all features on behalf of the signed-in user, including subscription services. Actions involving customers, money or deletion always wait for your confirmation in the chat. This lets the assistant look up information about subscriptions, for example, while you keep the final decision on anything that affects customers.
Each customer has a separate database schema, access credentials are stored encrypted, and there are daily backups. Two-factor authentication and roles protect access. This is especially important when subscription management software like Armiflow controls hosting accounts in Plesk, because those credentials give access to live client websites.
The bookkeeping module exports for BMD NTCS, BMD Online, RZL, DATEV or as CSV, matched to the Austrian standard chart of accounts, which suits businesses in Austria and Germany. A month-end checklist and an email to your tax adviser with VAT figures help you close the month. Recurring revenue flows cleanly into your bookkeeping.
Yes. Small shops in particular rarely have time to reconcile stock by hand. WooCommerce inventory management in Armiflow does it every 15 minutes. If you also sell services or subscriptions, you manage both in the same system, together with invoices and the client portal, instead of juggling several tools.
You activate the services and subscriptions module and create your products with terms and add-ons. If you are coming from WHMCS, use the WHMCS import and continue working in the subscription management software. When you start, the setup assistant creates a personal plan based on your industry, team and goals.
